About me
Andrew, a leading Real Estate Agent for Pinjarra and surrounding areas, is the founder and licensee of Green House Realty.
Andrew knew before he left school that his passion was real estate and began working in the industry at the age of 21 in 1992.
During that time he has won multiple awards including the top Sales Representative at previous companies as well as achieving the ‘Reiwa Excess of $10 million per year award’ multiple times throughout his career.
Despite the success of his own growing company Andrew describes his greatest achievement in real estate as “Every time I find the perfect buyer for a house.” He is passionate about helping people reach their dreams and thoroughly enjoys negotiating between all parties involved with the selling and purchasing of real estate. He is excited by the fact that the way most people become millionaires is through real estate and loves meeting new people through the industry.
Andrew’s abundant negotiating skills keep him exceeding from other Sales Representatives in the industry. His experience in the building industry, having sold new homes for 9 years as well as thorough experience in selling house and land packages also contribute to his personal abilities. Andrew has an excellent understanding of finance; he knows what stops and advantages people with getting approved finance and uses this to the benefit of all his customers.
Andrews love and understanding of the peel region is only another asset used to assist in the selling of homes and land in the area. He thrives off the vast difference in properties the small area offers, from rural properties to beach front homes and million dollar houses he is positive he and his team can find the right one for you!
